Blue Hands were aggressive, psychedelic and solemn while maintaining a strange balance of humour. Formed in the winter of 2013 in Montreal, the band was Isabella Davis, Paul Geldart and Alex Metcalfe's excuse to have some fun during the early stages of their university tenure.
Releasing their eponymous
in March of 2014, they began the long process of adapting their surreal recordings for the stage. Known for their high-energy live shows, the band gathered a small but dedicated following and went on to release their
two years later in March of 2016. Immediately following the release of the album, they disbanded.
